All Sales Final

At The Republic of Texas Hat Co., every product is released in limited quantities and crafted with purpose. Because of the exclusive nature of our drops, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than items arriving damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at republicoftxhatco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale items
  • Limited edition drops
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or used items
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged products, subject to availability.

Refunds (if approved)
If your claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
