Shipping policy

At The Republic of Texas Hat Co., every order is packed and shipped with care from San Antonio, Texas.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during limited drops, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days 
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment if applicable. 

Lost or Delayed Packages
The Republic of Texas Hat Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances once your package has been handed off.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, you can contact us at republicoftxhatco@gmail.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future.
